Every Finding Starfish Associate has an average of 17 years' experience, with specialists in bid writing, copywriting, trusts, statutory tenders, and fundraising strategy. We don't just talk to the talk - we've walked that walk. We know what it's like to grow a company from scratch. We've ran to meet the postman in hope of finding a charity cheque. We know how it feels when the whole weight of a cause you love is resting on your shoulders. We've worked as volunteers, fundraisers, managers, directors - even grant givers - and we're privileged to use our experience to help you raise funds.

We are honest

Before starting work with any new organisation, we'll arrange a free- of-charge, exploratory meeting to see where we can support you. We'll always be totally honest. Making a difference is more important to us than making money. If we don't feel we can offer you an excellent return on investment, we'll tell you.

We'll treat your cause as if it's our own

We only work with organisations that make our hearts sing, and because of this, we are genuinely passionate about our causes. We are born fundraisers; brimming with enthusiasm and love nothing more than seeing you succeed. We think carefully about every single decision we make, living and breathing your cause. Even when we've finished officially working together, we'll always keep an eye out for future funding opportunities, and we'll always be here for a chat, for as long as you need us.
