Jenna Wills BSc MinstF
Since starting her career in 2005, Jenna has held senior roles in a variety of local, regional, national and international charities.
With over 20 years’ experience in fundraising and impact reporting, she's a passionate, skilled writer with a reputation for achieving excellent results. With a track record of securing substantial funding from trusts, government tenders and large corporations, she believes she has the best job in the world – helping good causes to succeed.
Having set up regional fundraising for Oxfam in the Midlands, Jenna specialises in strategy, with extensive experience of developing income streams and new impact measures. She is also an experienced facilitator and evaluator and loves nothing more than helping a charity tell its story.
Jenna works with a variety of clients, ranging from small local charities to large internationals. During her time as a consultant, she has developed a reputation for providing fantastic support and a 'breath of fresh air'.
In addition to her role at Finding Starfish, Jenna is also an Associate Consultant for Home-Start UK, Darnell Consulting, Wootton George Consulting and sits on a Regional Grants Award panel for Comic Relief.
Jenna first came across the Starfish Story in an art gallery, at the very beginning of her career. She promptly bought eight prints - (for all her office colleagues!) - and a print still remains in pride of place in Jenna’s office today.
The Team
Jenna works with a team of talented associates, all with an average of 17 years of experience, to provide specialist services to charities, schools and non-for-profit organisations. Although we all have different specialisms, we're all passionate about one thing: changing the world, one starfish at a time.
